"Thank you so much for being a great listener and guide through my difficult time of need. I was lost and felt almost completely alone. Our time together brought me clarity and motivation to better adjust goals that suited my lifestyle. The biggest struggle I had was my lack of routine. Since our twelve weeks I have created a consistent uplifting routine that is better suitable for the best start to MY day, as I share my morning routine with my partner I was lost in their routine and gave no notice to myself. Now instead of just coffee and news in the morning I have found a way to incorporate 20min cardio (works as an anti depressant) and I squeeze in a daily Ted talk to excite the brain cells even more. As for my other goals, well I am starting my full time job and have a Volunteer position at a well known Helpful organization.

"I walked 5 laps total yesterday! 2.5 miles—great for one day and I worked a hard shift on tray line—patient feeding at the hospital. I usually do not make time for myself after work-sometimes too tired, but I have been walking more and feel better, have increased my time for myself to walk and I have been working a lot during a highly stressful time-making time to keep myself going and happy is so important- life sustaining to get in that positive mental state. Really appreciate Silja talking to me about a week ago.
Silja is powerfully supportive and has the best questions to help you figure out your specific blocks and motivate you to reach your hopes and dreams. I have worked very hard for many years in the food service industry and my personal care has taken a back seat to work, children and family. Thanks to Silja’s questions I have realized that I have not made myself and my needs a priority—Silja never asked directly, but allowed me to search for the root cause that was the light bulb moment that changed my perception drastically. Now when I am ready for work instead of rushing to get there as quickly as possible making work the top priority-I walk a few laps, listen to my podcast knowing that I will be there in time and better to handle challenges if I take care of myself.
